For a more detailed analysis of your diabetes management, the mobile app seamlessly syncs your data to the CareLink™ Personal diabetes management software. This online platform enables you to access your complete information and even share it with family or friends. Your loved ones can receive text messages notifying them whenever you exceed or fall below your desired glucose range.
